A constellation of heritage oak trees on the periphery of an iconic home are connected by a network of walkways that visually terminate into the totemesque trunks. These forced-perspective pavers focus inhabitants on the site’s original sculptures and connect to destination patios sculpted for various programmatic uses. Elevated and grade level planters further articulate the ground plane revealing the web of intersecting lines between the architecture and the oaks.
